In our 6th year now, like a flash, in a blink of an eye, and so it goes.

Hi Stevie Wonder. There's almost nothing that makes me feel normal like hearing other people noticing and commenting on change in their lives. Really. That might sound odd, but I spend a lot of time in my own head, so it's a nice change to see/hear the contents of somebody else's.

Change is a great thing. It exists outside of us and we can also embody it ourselves. How boring would we be if we never changed? And although you and Mark are often quick to point out how much older you are than me (hahaha), I've come to believe that on this long road of life, many of us don't know where we're going to end up until after we've already gotten there. This might not be comforting for anal retentives, but it sure makes me relax about my life experience and the fact that I'm almost 40 and still don't feel as though I've arrived.

So we missed dinner last night. My fault. Sorry. Saturday then?

I'll get dressed up. (That means no jeans.)
